99 Coders provides website development, application development, and Al-based solutions. The scope, pricing, and timeline of each project are defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice agreed upon between you and us. If a separate written agreement exists, it takes precedence over these Terms.

Projects may require an upfront payment. Invoices must be paid within the stated due date.

If payment is not received on time, we may pause or suspend work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

Each project includes a defined scope of work. Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

You agree to provide accurate information, required materials on time, and confirm that you hold the rights to any content shared with us. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

All internal systems, tools, frameworks, and reusable components remain the property of 99 Coders.

We may display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

We handle client information with professional discretion and will not disclose confidential information except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be handled in Sweden.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
